
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened1 1/2 blocks
6 green onionsfinely chopped, and reserve some for garnish
5 tbsp mayonnaise
12 oz crab meatdrained, if using cans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheeseor shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350* F

In a mixer or medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onion, mayonnaise, crab meat, garlic powder, salt, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
Mix until very well combined.

Spread into a small 6" cast-iron skillet. Top with the other 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven on the middle shelf or until bubbly. Then, set on the top shelf of the oven and brown the top cheese.

Remove from the oven and let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
